Cheapest Data Transfer Hosting

Hello folks

For a stateless data-transfer-only (legit) service with a very low CPU + RAM usage but extremely fluctuating traffic;

Data transfer speed is not critical

Hence serverless (scaling from 0 bytes to petabytes a month)

What are the cheapest data transfer hosting providers and options?

I have checked cloudprice but it is far from being exhaustive and I have not found any better source of information on the internet

Files of any type (including large videos)

I am building a service to transfer data from cloud to cloud (for example: Google Drive / One Drive to Nextcloud)

Why via your hosting then? Just do cloud to cloud.

Agree, write a service that directs the traffic from A to B without needing to proxy the traffic through it.
